Everything you need to know about working with Zenub — from how sessions run to how payment works.
Sessions & How It Works
How are sessions held?
All sessions are one-on-one via Zoom. Once your package is confirmed and payment is received, Zenub will schedule the first session and send the Zoom link directly to your email. There is no group session option — every student gets Zenub’s full, undivided attention.
How long is each session?
Session length depends on the package and subject. Email Zenub for specifics — she’ll match the session structure to your student’s needs and schedule when you discuss a package.
Does Zenub work with other tutors?
No. Every session is taught by Zenub directly. Umer Prep is not an agency — there are no subcontractors or rotating tutors. Every family gets the same person, every time.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Availability is limited and tightens considerably during SAT season and AP exam season (spring). Email Zenub to check current openings — spots can fill weeks in advance.
Pricing & Payment
How does pricing work?
All services are sold as prepaid packages — there is no pay-per-session option. Packages are tailored to your student’s goals and timeline. Email Zenub to receive package details specific to the subject and level of support you need.
How is payment made?
Payment is made via Zelle before the first session begins. Zenub will confirm payment details by email once a package is selected. Sessions are not scheduled until payment is received.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund and cancellation terms are discussed when a package is confirmed. Email Zenub with any questions before purchasing — she’ll walk you through the policy so there are no surprises.

What grades do you work with?
Zenub works with middle and high school students (grades 6–12). For SAT/ACT prep, she typically starts with students in 9th grade or above. College counseling is available for 10th–12th graders.
Does Zenub offer college counseling?

Getting Started
How do I get started?
Email Zenub at zenub@umerprep.com with your student’s grade, the subject or goal, and a brief description of where they are right now. She’ll reply within 1–2 business days with package options and next steps.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is diagnostic. Zenub assesses the student’s current level, identifies gaps, and sets clear goals. From there, every session is built around the student’s specific needs — not a generic curriculum.
Do parents sit in on sessions?
That’s entirely up to you and your student. Some families prefer parents to observe; others find students focus better on their own. Zenub is happy to do a brief check-in with parents after each session to share progress and next steps.
Still have a question?
Zenub reads and responds to every message personally, usually within 1–2 business days.
